Beginning on May 3, 2020 –

  • In-Person office meetings will be by appointment only.
  • Continue to refrain from walk-in visits.
  • Phone calls and emails remain the best way to contact us.
  • Cash/Check Payments can be made by our drop box next to the door.

Details on Insurance Rebate & Refunds Due to COVID-19

We have received many calls inquiring about the possibility of discounts during this time. Currently, there are a variety of proposed discounts and rebates depending on the details of specific policies.

Each proposal varies significantly and none of these plans have been approved by the Missouri Department of Insurance at this time.
